Crypto platform Bullish has announced a $100 million debt financing facility for stablecoin protocol USD.AI to support GPU-collateralized lending. According to ChainCatcher, the financing is intended to provide liquidity for AI infrastructure development by linking on-chain capital with compute financing demand through tokenization.
USD.AI, developed by Permian Labs, currently has more than $225 million in crypto assets locked in the protocol. Bullish also plans to list USD.AI's sUSDai token and open multiple trading pairs, giving investors a secondary market channel for GPU-backed debt.
Permian Labs CEO David Choi said compute is becoming an independent credit market. He said the financing will help USD.AI fund more AI infrastructure while building a more transparent and deeper compute credit market.
