Argentina's July Oil Output Hits Record High

Data showed that the Vaca Muerta oil field was the main factor driving growth in Argentina's oil and gas output and oil exports, with July oil output above 643,000 barrels per day, up 26.4% year on year, and natural gas output reaching 96.5 million cubic meters per day, up 5.9% year on year. The Vaca Muerta oil field is located in Neuquén Province, Argentina, and is rich in shale oil and shale gas.
