GigaDevice Says No Material Events After 3-Day Stock Swings

GigaDevice said its shares had fallen by a cumulative 20% or more from the closing price deviation value over three consecutive trading days, meeting the Shanghai Stock Exchange's abnormal trading criteria. According to 36Kr, the company said that after an internal check and written inquiries to its controlling shareholder and actual controller, it had found no material matters affecting the stock's unusual volatility or any other undisclosed matters. The company added that production and operations are normal and have not changed materially.
