According to Jin10, Wu Xinkun, chief strategy analyst at Guosen Securities, said multiple factors are intertwined and a phased buying opportunity may be emerging. As of July 17, he said the P/E ratio of all A-shares was 21.8 times and the risk premium rate was 2.85%, still below historical market peaks. He added that the AI industry trend has not ended, citing Meta's recent statement that it will double its AI compute capacity to 14GW next year, while Micron, Samsung and other memory giants still have strong earnings guidance. Wu also said overseas market volatility should have only a short-term and local impact on A-shares, and that overseas disruptions are expected to ease. He said broad-based ETF net subscriptions exceeded 200 billion yuan by July 17 last week, showing abundant A-share liquidity and still-strong household participation, while easier policies are helping fundamentals continue to recover.
