Binance Futures Will Shift Funding Intervals to Four Hours for 3 USDT Perpetual Contracts

According to the announcement from Binance, Binance Futures will adjust the funding interval for the SKHYNIXUSDT, SAMSUNGUSDT, and HYUNDAIUSDT Perpetual Contracts, changing the schedule from every eight hours to every four hours. The change is set to take effect from 2026-07-14 16:15 (UTC). Binance also said the funding cap and floor for the three contracts will be adjusted to ± 0.50%, alongside a schedule of maximum funding rates at specific settlement times. Funding Rate Schedule: Binance provided the following maximum funding rate details by time (UTC). At 2026-07-14 16:00, SKHYNIXUSDT will have a maximum funding rate of +0.50% / -0.50%, while SAMSUNGUSDT and HYUNDAIUSDT will be set at +2.00% / -2.00%. At 2026-07-14 20:00, SKHYNIXUSDT remains at +0.50% / -0.50% and SAMSUNGUSDT and HYUNDAIUSDT move to +0.50% / -0.50%. The same +0.50% / -0.50% maximum funding rate applies to all three contracts at 2026-07-15 00:00 and 2026-07-15 04:00, with the announcement indicating the schedule continues beyond those times.
