Garrett Jin Increases ZEC Short Position After Opening Trade Nine Days Earlier

Garrett Jin (0x92e...50e9) increased his ZEC short position about one hour ago after initially opening the short nine days earlier. According to Odaily, on-chain analyst Yu Jin said Jin now holds a ZEC short position valued at $15.08 million, with an average entry price of $444 and an unrealized loss of $530,000. Yu Jin said Jin’s previous two ZEC trades were profitable. In late May, Jin opened a ZEC short position valued at $36 million at an entry price of $626 and closed it in early June after a ZEC vulnerability incident, recording a profit of $11.24 million. Yu Jin added that Jin later opened a ZEC long position valued at $22 million at $439 and closed it at $447, making a profit of $420,000. Separately, Yu Jin said that as BTC has risen by more than $5,000 in recent days, the unrealized loss on Jin’s BTC long position has narrowed from $23 million to $16 million.
