New Huo Group’s OTC Unit Lowers USDT Cash-Out Fees With Compliance Plan

New Huo Group’s OTC business has introduced a lower-cost, compliance-focused cash-out plan for large USDT withdrawals, cutting overall fees to 0.12% for same-day settlement and 0.10% for overnight settlement. According to Foresight News, the new pricing is more than half below the market’s prevailing rates, which are generally above 0.20%. The company said the fee plan currently has no deadline. Some industry participants said compliant OTC markets have seen a clear downward fee cycle over the past year. They noted that by the end of 2025, leading platforms typically maintained cash-out fees in the 0.25% to 0.30% range. They added that entering 2026, as the number of licensed exchanges increased and trading volumes expanded, cash-out costs have shown a structural decline.
