FCC Awaits Team Telecom Review of Paramount Skydance-Warner Bros. Deal

Federal Communications Commission Chairman Brendan Carr said he is waiting for a joint federal committee known as “Team Telecom” to weigh in on Paramount Skydance Corp.’s proposed acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. before the FCC makes its own decision on the deal’s financing, according to Bloomberg.
