Satispay Plans to Raise Up to €120 Million for Expansion, Potential Acquisitions

Satispay is planning to raise as much as €120 million ($139 million) to fund the Italian fintech’s expansion into new financial products and to give it flexibility to pursue acquisitions, according to Bloomberg.
