Separately, law enforcement groups are pressing concerns over Section 604, the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act; Sens. Mark Warner and Catherine Cortez Masto have tied support to law enforcement sign-off. Polymarket odds for 2026 passage are near 48%, down from 74% a month ago.
