Goldman Sachs forecast $160 billion in U.S. IPO proceeds in 2026, with OpenAI, SpaceX, and Anthropic cited as potential mega-listings. According to NS3.AI, the expected IPO pipeline could test liquidity for Bitcoin because some of the same institutional capital that supported the BTC ETF inflow cycle may be drawn toward new equity offerings. The report noted that U.S.-traded spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded outflows of more than $1.7 billion in the first week of June, following a prior $4.4 billion exit.
