Economists Expect Australian Central Bank to Raise Cash Rate

A Reuters survey reveals that 33 out of 30 economists anticipate the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) will increase the cash rate to 4.35% on May 5. According to Jin10, more than one-third of the economists expect the RBA to raise the rate to 4.60% or higher this year, a forecast not seen in the March survey.
