The Smarter Web Company Completes Share Placement

The Smarter Web Company, a technology firm listed in London, has completed a placement of 4,286,410 ordinary shares as per the terms of a subscription agreement. According to Foresight News, the total proceeds from this placement amount to £1,537,376 before expenses, equating to approximately £0.36 per share. The company is set to receive about 98.25% of the proceeds upon settlement. The remaining balance of ordinary shares not yet placed under the subscription agreement stands at 52,377,540 shares.
