Commercial fully automatic coffee machine brand CAYE (Kaye Technology) has completed a nearly RMB400 million Series B financing round led by existing investor Meituan Longzhu, with participation from Borui Capital, Hillhouse Ventures and Suzhou Venture Capital, according to 36Kr. CAYE said it has filed over 300 patents, with invention patents accounting for more than 40%. The company said its Suzhou production base is planned for annual capacity of over 40,000 units, and it is building a new 38,000-square-meter smart factory targeted for completion and ramp-up by 2028, aiming for annual deliveries of 100,000 units. Proceeds will be used for core R&D, production expansion, domestic and overseas market growth, and building a global after-sales service system.

Tianyancha information shows the company’s legal representative is Liu Furen, and its business scope includes power generation, power transmission, and power supply and distribution. The new entity is wholly owned by China Resources Power New Energy Investment Co., Ltd.

Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) has issued its 50th virtual asset service provider (VASP) license, approving tokenized assets platform Tribe Tokenisation FZE. According to Cointelegraph, VARA announced the latest authorization on Monday, marking a milestone in the emirate’s crypto licensing program while noting that license totals alone do not indicate how many firms are actively operating or the scale of their business activity. A VARA spokesperson said an active license does not necessarily mean a company has completed its commercial launch, as newly licensed firms may undergo a controlled operationalization period before offering services or onboarding customers.
