Binance Introduces Pre-TGE Prime Sale Edition for Enhanced Project Access

According to the announcement from Binance, the Binance Wallet is launching a new Pre-Token Generation Event (Pre-TGE) Prime Sale edition. This initiative aims to provide users with early access to more mature projects that have demonstrated a higher level of development. Traditionally, acquiring tokens from such projects before their Token Generation Event (TGE) has been less accessible to most users. The Pre-TGE Prime Sale edition builds on the existing Binance Wallet Pre-TGE experience, focusing on expanding access to these advanced projects. The first project utilizing this model is expected to be announced on 2025-10-10 at 13:30 (UTC) via the official Binance Wallet X account. The Pre-TGE Prime Sale edition operates similarly to previous Pre-TGEs on Binance Wallet. During the Prime Sale, users can subscribe to project tokens exclusively within the Binance Wallet. The subscription process follows an over-subscription model, allowing deposits up to a specified amount of BNB per user. Token allocation is proportional to the total BNB deposited by all participants. After the subscription period ends, users can claim their allocated tokens, which will be credited to their accounts but remain non-tradeable until the official launch date, as announced by the project. Any excess BNB will be automatically refunded. The Pre-TGE Prime Sale offers several benefits, including access to more mature projects, broader project access, a verified user base, larger sale amounts, and fair distribution through transparent allocation mechanisms. The sale process is divided into three phases: BNB Deposit Subscription, Token Allocation (Non-Tradable), and Trading Opens on Binance Alpha. Some sales may incorporate Prime Sale Keys, which serve as proof of successful subscription. These keys are non-tradable and have no monetary value.
