Polygon tweeted that in the previous $450 million financing completed through the token sale in February 2022, the first batch of tokens had been unlocked and distributed two weeks ago. According to the previous financing details, during the three-year unlocking period of the tokens, the unlocking and distribution of the first one-third of the tokens will start in late November 2022. Investors include SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Galaxy Digital, Galaxy Interactive, Tiger Global, Republic Capital, Alan Howard and Kevin O'Leary, as well as Alameda Research, Transcend Fund, Makers Fund, Animoca Brands and others.
