According to Odaily, Bitcoin Standard Treasury Company (BSTR) has announced plans to go public through a merger with Nasdaq-listed SPAC company Cantor Equity Partners I (CEPO). The merger is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2025, with the post-merger stock trading under the ticker symbol BSTR.
