DDC Enterprise to raise $528 million to accelerate Bitcoin financial strategy

Odaily Planet Daily News: DDC Enterprise Limited, a New York Stock Exchange-listed company, announced that it has signed three securities purchase agreements. After deducting the placement agency fees and issuance costs, it is expected to raise up to US$528 million. Investors include Anson Funds, Animoca Brands, Kenetic Capital, QCP Capital and a network of leading institutional funds and individual Bitcoin investors.
