The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York ordered crypto fraudster Jeremy Spence, aka Coin Signals, to pay his victims $2.8 million, The Block reported. Jeremy Spence once solicited others to invest in encrypted assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum from December 2017 to April 2019, earning more than $5 million worth at the time. In May of this year, Jeremy Spence was sentenced to 42 months in prison after being indicted by the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) after pleading guilty to commodity fraud.
