Canary Capital Files for First-Ever HBAR ETF, Offering Direct Exposure to Hedera's Native Asset

Canary Capital has officially filed an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to introduce a spot exchange-traded fund (ETF) for Hedera's native cryptocurrency, HBAR. This proposed ETF aims to offer investors direct exposure to HBAR by tracking its market performance without the use of derivatives or futures contracts.
