The leaked document is the Fairway Brief, which involves Craig Wright's false statement impersonating Satoshi and accusing Calvin Ayre and others of planning a "criminal conspiracy" to take over nChain intellectual property at a low price. The court regarded Ager-Hanssen's non-compliance with the order as an attempt to undermine the court's authority and nChain's confidentiality request, so it combined the 10-month and 4-month sentences, and he is expected to be released in five months. Ager-Hanssen plans to appeal, and the British whistleblower organization Whistleblowers UK supports his appeal, pointing out that the British whistleblower law is out of touch with justice and fails to effectively protect whistleblowers.
