Shanghai Hongkou opens the application for science and technology incubation projects in the direction of metaverse, and will give the project a maximum of 200,000 yuan in financial support

The People's Government of Hongkou District, Shanghai issued the Notice on the Application of Science and Technology Incubation Projects in Hongkou District Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center (Metaverse Direction) in 2022. The declared projects must conform to the direction of the Metaverse industry, and focus on supporting but not limited to virtual digital humans and professional users Production Content (PUGC)/Occupational Production Content (OGC)/Multi-Channel Network (MCN), Open Game/UGC Game Platform, Digital Twin, Digital Sandbox Simulation, AR/VR/MR, NFT/NFR, Metaverse 3D, 4D Virtual World Development and other digital content industries. The projects that have no objection after public announcement are officially listed as the technology incubation projects of Shanghai Hongkou District Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center in 2022. No more than 200,000 yuan of financial support will be given to technology incubation projects that have been approved. The project declaration period is from October 10th to October 26th.
