Wu Jiezhuang, a member of the Hong Kong National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and the Hong Kong Election Committee Legislative Council, revealed that four proposals have been prepared during the two sessions of the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. These include: promoting a collaborative governance mechanism for cross-border telecommunications fraud, building an innovative Web3 financing platform for international small and medium-sized enterprises in the Greater Bay Area, promoting Hong Kong's aerospace technology in conjunction with national development, and creating a Chinese medicine, cultural, sports and tourism brand and services.
It is reported that Wu Jiezhuang proposed to allow specialized and special new (professional, sophisticated, distinctive, novel) small and medium-sized enterprises certified by the mainland to issue virtual currencies in Hong Kong, and hoped to promote the development of aerospace technology and build relevant educational and tourist spots.
