The Aave community initiated a proposal to "increase the supply limit of USDC.e on V3 Polygon". The proposal proposes increasing the USDC.e supply cap to 48 million coins through the risk manager flow. A secondary transaction will also be initiated to execute the AIP-414 payload, ensuring that the new supply cap is not exceeded immediately after the increase. To keep utilization balanced, it is recommended to increase the borrowing cap in proportion to the increase in the supply cap.
