While working to fulfill orders, inventory management issues at third-party distributors resulted in inaccurate inventory data. As a result, Solana Mobile is unable to fulfill orders placed after inventory is depleted. In addition, Solana Mobile cancels orders flagged as suspicious activity due to excessive device orders or payment risks in order to deliver Saga to as many users as possible.
Affected customers have been informed that their orders have been cancelled, and refunds will be issued within the next few days. If the user does not receive a cancellation notification, then their Saga order is being processed. The Solana Mobile team is prioritizing deliveries and all shipping notifications should be sent out before the end of the year.
