SOMA Finance announces launch of digital asset trading platform

SOMA Finance has announced the launch of the first components of its hybrid decentralized digital platform. In conjunction with the launch of the platform, SOMA has submitted a regulatory crowdfunding offering memorandum to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for its SOMA token sale.
