CZ: Binance.US has never used Ceffu or Binance Custody

According to previous news, the U.S. SEC stated in a recently submitted document that the institutional-grade custody platform Ceffu (formerly Binance Custody) provides "third-party wallet custody software and support services" to BAM, the holding company of Binance.US. Ceffu issued a statement denying this statement and stated that it is committed to providing digital asset custody solutions to institutional users in jurisdictions outside the United States. BAM and BHL (Binance Holdings Limited) are not within its scope of services. "In light of the SEC's assertions, we take this opportunity to emphasize our commitment to comply with regulatory requirements and maintain a transparent and safe business environment."
