Odaily Planet Daily News U.S. Senate Banking Committee Chairman Sherrod Brown urged regulators to implement stricter disclosure standards for cryptocurrency companies to protect investors from the risk of fraud and hold industry executives accountable.
Brown said in a letter to U.S. Treasury Secretary Yellen, SEC Chairman Gary Gensler and CFTC Chairman Rostin Behnam: "We cannot settle for the American people lacking basic, comprehensive transparency in any other investment market." (Bloomberg Law) )
