18/09 19:22
Odaily Planet Daily News The Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) is seeking public comment on proposed changes to the regulatory rules for cryptocurrency companies. The regulator is reformulating rules for trading platforms, custodians and portfolio managers to align with those in the EU’s Market Regulation in Crypto-Assets (MiCA), and wants to require crypto-asset service providers to have “orderly plans” in place.
