WSJ: Fed and SEC investigating Goldman Sachs role in SVB portfolio acquisition

The Federal Reserve and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) are investigating Goldman Sachs' role in its acquisition of Silicon Valley Bank's securities portfolio, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter. The Justice Department also subpoenaed Goldman Sachs as part of its investigation into Silicon Valley Bank, some of the people said.
