Sei Foundation: No need for face recognition or KYC to participate in Sei testnet incentives or airdrops

The Sei Foundation tweeted that "Sei testnet incentives or airdrops require face recognition" is a misunderstanding. Participating in Sei's testnet incentives or airdrops does not require face recognition or KYC. After receiving feedback from Sei's Discord that there were a large number of robot attacks, the Sei Foundation tried to add a third-party face recognition tool to Discord, but Sei will not use any form of face recognition and KYC.
