Bybit withdraws from the Canadian market, existing services will not be available from July 31

Bybit has announced that it will be withdrawing from the Canadian market starting May 31 in light of recent regulatory developments in Canada. Bybit stated that it will no longer open new Canadian accounts from May 31, and existing customers will no longer be able to make any new deposits, sign new contracts, withdraw or reduce positions from July 31. Affected Canadian clients should take steps to close and manage positions by September 30, failing which, open positions in margin products and derivatives contracts will be liquidated and liquidated funds will be available for withdrawal.
