Fuel, the modular execution layer of Ethereum, launched the third public testnet Beta-3. The new testnet added a P2P network and introduced the ability to run full nodes simultaneously on Fuel. Fuel stated that Beta-3 is not an incentivized testnet. There are no direct rewards for participating in the network. Fuel launched Beta-2 in November last year and added bridging support, allowing developers to experiment with cross-chain DApps on Fuel. Beta-2 has processed over 900,000 settlement transactions. Foresight News previously reported that Fuel developer Fuel Labs completed a $1.5 million funding round led by CoinFund in September 2021. In September 2022, Fuel Labs announced the completion of $80 million in financing, led by Blockchain Capital and Stratos Technologies, with participation from Alameda Research, CoinFund, Bain Capital Crypto, TRGC, Maven 11 Capital, Blockwall, Spartan, Dialectic, and ZMT. the
