The EU has opened applications for the Blockchain Regulatory Sandbox, which aims to facilitate cross-border dialogue between regulators and regulators on the one hand, and between companies or public authorities on the other. The blockchain sandbox will run until 2026 and will support 20 projects per year involving blockchain applications for public and private sector use. The first application deadline is April 14, and projects are selected by a panel of independent academic experts. This application is open to companies from all industries, as well as public entities.
