Judge Allows New FTX Leadership To Subpoena SBF And Other Insiders

U.S. Judge John Dorsey ordered FTX's new leadership and its official creditor committee to subpoena FTX founder SBF and its executives Gary Wang, Caroline Ellison, etc., as well as SBF's parents and brothers. The order says the scope of the information request could still be adjusted if an independent reviewer is appointed, largely because of Justice Department concerns about possible duplication of effort. In addition, the judge signed a second order allowing FTX to subpoena third parties for information that may be related to the hack of the exchange from the date of filing for bankruptcy protection.
