Binance Sets Dividend Adjustment for SAMSUNGUSDT TradFi Perpetual Contract

According to the announcement from Binance, Binance Futures will reconcile a dividend adjustment for the USDⓈ-Margined SAMSUNGUSDT Perpetual Contract at 2026-11-06 06:00 (UTC). The adjustment is set at 1,001 won per share, equivalent to -0.037336%, and the reconciliation process is expected to take approximately 30 minutes. The adjustment applies to users who held net positions in the contract on the ex-dividend date, 2026-09-28 23:00 (UTC). Eligibility is therefore based on holding a net position on that specified date. Binance says eligible users can find the adjustment amount in “Transaction History” by selecting the “Special Funding Fee” type. The announcement specifies the contract covered, the reconciliation timing, the dividend adjustment amount and percentage equivalent, and the ex-dividend date used to determine eligibility. The amount is stated in won per share, while the percentage equivalent is expressed separately as a negative percentage. The scheduled reconciliation concerns this dividend adjustment for the specified contract, while the ex-dividend date identifies the date on which eligible net positions were held.
