Binance to Reopen Withdrawals for 62 Tokens Across Six Networks on November 5

Binance will begin reopening withdrawals for 69 network-asset pairs covering 62 distinct tokens at 04:00 UTC on November 5, the exchange said in an announcement dated November 5. Access returns in stages rather than all at once, and deposit services remain open throughout.69 Pairs Across Six NetworksThe ETH network carries the largest share with 36 assets, including UNI, AAVE, PAXG, MORPHO, EIGEN, LDO and ENS. BSC follows with 24, among them ASTER, FIL, INJ and AVAX. Base adds four (AERO, VIRTUAL, MORPHO, AVNT), TRON adds three (JST, SUN, BTTC), Polygon adds GNS, and Sui adds MMT.Seven tokens appear on more than one network: AAVE, FLOKI, HYPER, MORPHO, SAND, UNI and VIRTUAL. Users should check the specific network before attempting a withdrawal, since each pair is restored separately.Priority Goes to User DemandBinance said it ranked assets by user demand over the past week. Each network-asset pair is restored only after security and readiness checks are complete, which means some listed tokens may not be available at 04:00 UTC even though they appear in the announcement.Temporary Delays LikelyThe exchange warned that traffic volume during the rollout may cause processing delays. If a withdrawal fails, users are advised to retry after a short interval. Availability can be confirmed on the withdrawal page for each asset and network, or on Binance's network status page. Further updates will be posted through the official X account.Recovery BackdropThe reopening follows Recovery Update #7, published November 4, which put replenishment at about 98% of affected assets, up from 95% two days earlier. Binance is buying the remaining assets through market and over-the-counter channels, and said the final 2% will take longer because those tokens are less liquid. The company is covering all losses from its own resources and has set aside more than 100% of the funds required. A new Proof of Reserves snapshot taken at 00:00 UTC on November 4 covers 44 tokens, up from 10. The full zero-knowledge proof is expected to take 50 to 60 hours to generate, after which holders of any covered token can verify their balances are backed at least 1:1.What Comes NextBinance said additional assets will be added as they become ready, with withdrawals continuing in phases alongside strengthened safeguards.
