On November 4, Jefferies reiterated its Buy rating on CrowdStrike and maintained its $240 price target. According to Sina Finance, Jefferies said CrowdStrike’s two recently announced acquisitions in AI security and its partnership with Dynatrace would broaden its cybersecurity platform and strengthen its competitiveness in AI security monitoring, vulnerability detection, and enterprise security infrastructure. CrowdStrike plans to acquire Fiddler AI for $400 million, using its AI observability technology to monitor AI agents’ operating intent and behavioral deviations, addressing gaps in traditional identity and access control systems. The company also plans to acquire Dreadnode for $95 million to strengthen simulated attack testing for AI systems and support development of security products including Guardian and SafeMind. Jefferies said the Fiddler AI acquisition and Dynatrace partnership would help CrowdStrike expand its infrastructure security business and strengthen its security information and event management (SIEM) platform through more cost-effective, real-time telemetry collection.
