Serenity said Agility Robotics’ merger has been approved, with about 15.95 million public shares remaining after redemptions. According to Odaily, the deal is expected to close on November 4, and the company’s shares, under ticker AGLT, are expected to begin trading on November 5. If completed as planned, Agility Robotics would become the first U.S.-listed company focused exclusively on humanoid robotics. The company is backed by NVIDIA, Amazon, Foxconn and SoftBank, and focuses on automating warehouse and manufacturing work with humanoid robots. About 61.48% of the 41.4 million public shares, or roughly 25.45 million shares, were redeemed, leaving about 15.95 million available to trade. Serenity said the reduced float could lead to significant price fluctuations after listing and disclosed buying CCXI shares that day.
