Rabobank: Bank of England Could Vote 7-2 for November Rate Hike

According to Jin10, Rabobank economist Stefan Koopman said in a report that the Bank of England is expected to raise rates at its November 5 decision, with a possible 7-2 vote. LSEG data showed markets currently priced in a 98.6% probability of a 25-basis-point hike next week. Koopman said persistent energy inflation is increasingly pressuring the Monetary Policy Committee to act, although evidence of broader second-round effects from price pressures remains lacking.
