Circle has completed the minting of 10 billion ARC tokens and distributed them to 11 addresses through a burn address, according to Bubblemaps monitoring on September 17. According to BlockBeats On-chain Detection, the tokens can now be tracked in real time on-chain.
The Arc team, Circle's public blockchain project, announced early today that ARC token minting has been completed and that the total supply stands at 10 billion. The team said the token has not yet been launched for circulation, trading, or public use, and has not been activated for staking, governance, fees, or utility functions.
According to the earlier white paper, ARC's allocation plan sets 60% for the ecosystem, including token sales, developer grants, and network growth; 25% for Circle, covering protocol development, staking, and governance; and 15% for long-term reserves to provide strategic flexibility and economic stability.
