Jim Cramer’s Charitable Trust Sells 110 Honeywell Shares

According to CNBC, Jim Cramer’s Charitable Trust is selling 110 shares of Honeywell Technologies at roughly $209 each, cutting its HON weighting to 0.58% from about 1.15% and downgrading the stock from a buy-equivalent 1 to a sell-on-further-strength 3. The trust said Honeywell’s management gave an upbeat presentation at the Morgan Stanley Laguna Conference, with organic revenue growth tracking toward the upper end of its 4% to 6% third-quarter outlook and CEO Vimal Kapur saying he expects similar momentum in the fourth quarter. It also said Honeywell shares rose 2.6% on Wednesday and are down more than 10% since August. The trust said it is taking a more cautious view because of the prolonged conflict in the Middle East, which it said hurt revenue in the first and second quarters, and because it believes forward estimates may be too high. It noted that Honeywell management said at the Deutsche Bank Chicago Industrials Summit in August that it expects 15% earnings per share growth in 2027, while FactSet analysts are modeling about 20% EPS growth in 2027 off of $8.32 in 2026.
