Virtuals Protocol Launches Occupy, a Base-Based Token Launch Platform

Virtuals Protocol has launched Occupy, a token launch platform deployed on Base. According to ChainCatcher, each token on Occupy is paired with a tokenized stock, and all tokens tied to the same stock are deposited into a single vault managed by a 10-seat AI senate elected by holders. Forty percent of each fee is used to buy the paired stock and add it to the vault. The senate can choose to hold the stock, distribute shares to holders, or buy back tokens, and it also operates the community's X account. Candidates must publish their ideas and manifesto, and holders vote to decide the seats. Creators receive 30% of each fee.
