Trip.com Group reported net operating revenue of RMB 15.7 billion in the second quarter of 2026, up 6% from a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA fell to RMB 4.6 billion from RMB 4.9 billion. According to Sina Finance, the company recorded a net loss of RMB 2.4 billion after confirming about RMB 5.2 billion in one-time expenses tied to an antitrust penalty from China's State Administration for Market Regulation; excluding the penalty impact, net profit was RMB 2.7 billion.
Accommodation booking revenue rose 6% year on year to RMB 6.6 billion, or 8% excluding penalty-related revenue deductions. Transportation ticketing revenue fell 1% to RMB 5.4 billion, while vacation package revenue increased 8% to RMB 1.2 billion and corporate travel management revenue climbed 11% to RMB 771 million. Trip.com said its international business remained an important growth driver, with second-quarter revenue from its international platform rising more than 50% year on year and inbound travel revenue continuing to post high double-digit growth from a high base.
