Moonrock Capital founder Simon Dedic said on X that the Senate vote on the Clarity Act is expected in about 10 hours. According to Odaily, he said Democrats have verbally rejected the Republican draft over ethics concerns, while Polymarket odds have already collapsed and the market has priced in a failure. Dedic said he is looking forward to the vote regardless of the outcome. He added that if the bill fails, the U.S. could receive equally strong crypto-supportive regulation from the SEC, and that Democrats would bear responsibility if the U.S. were to lose its leadership in frontier finance and see companies move offshore.
