TuringQ Unveils Gen3 Chip-Scale Scalable Photonic Quantum Computer

TuringQ founder Jin Xianmin has officially launched TuringQ Gen3, a large-scale chip-level scalable photonic quantum computer, described as the world’s first cabinetized chip-level scalable photonic quantum computer. According to ChainCatcher, the system was announced at a forum session focused on industrial and scientific integration. TuringQ Gen3 uses a high-speed programmable thin-film lithium niobate photonic quantum chip and integrates core modules including a quantum light source, programmable photonic processing chip, single-photon detection, and quantum-classical heterogeneous computing. The company said the system supports chip-level scaling to single-chip, 10,000-photon and million-mode computing resources, and is intended to verify chip-level quantum advantage while exploring AI directions such as world models. TuringQ recently completed the filing for IPO counseling and plans to pursue an A-share listing. The counseling institution is Guotai Haitong.
