STOCKS | IIF: Emerging Market Debt Inflows Reach $11.2 Billion in August

According to Wallstreetcn, the Institute of International Finance said August emerging market debt funds saw inflows of $11.2 billion, while equity inflows were broadly flat at $1 billion. Non-residents added a net $11.3 billion to emerging market portfolios in August, marking a second straight month of inflows. Through August, 2026 emerging market debt inflows reached $242.9 billion, compared with $212 billion in the same period last year, while emerging market equity outflows totaled $88.1 billion versus $7.4 billion a year earlier.
