AFTERMARKET MOVES | Oracle Jumps 4% on Q1 Beat as Cloud Infrastructure Revenue Doubles to $7.4 Billion

According to CNBC, Oracle rose more than 4% in extended trading after topping Wall Street expectations in its fiscal first quarter. The company earned $1.92 per share on an adjusted basis and posted revenue of $19.35 billion, while analysts polled by LSEG had sought $1.74 per share and $19.14 billion. Cloud infrastructure revenue more than doubled to $7.4 billion, beating the $7.09 billion estimate. Adobe slid 2% after issuing current-quarter guidance roughly in line with estimates, projecting adjusted earnings of $6.30 to $6.35 per share versus the LSEG consensus of $6.32, and revenue of $6.80 billion to $6.85 billion against the $6.85 billion consensus. Copart surged almost 8% after fourth-quarter revenue of $1.15 billion topped the LSEG consensus of $1.14 billion, and the car auction company announced it would acquire digital automotive marketplace ACV in a roughly $1.9 billion deal. RH climbed 6% after posting second-quarter revenue of $922 million, beating the $915 million consensus, with full-year revenue guidance calling for growth of 5.5% to 7%.
