Nissan To Keep Japan Capacity At 1 Million Vehicles After Plant Closure

According to Nikkei Asia, Nissan Motor will retain the capacity to produce 1 million vehicles in Japan after a plant closure by shifting production among its remaining facilities. The automaker plans to redistribute output rather than reduce its overall domestic production capacity.
