Centrus Energy Plans $500 Million Stock and Warrant Offering

According to Sina Finance, people familiar with the matter said Centrus Energy Corp. plans to raise $500 million through an overnight offering of shares, pre-funded warrants, and common stock warrants. The people said the low-enriched uranium supplier priced the shares at $199.64 each and included four warrant tranches with terms of two, three, four, and five years. Centrus did not immediately respond to a request for comment, and the stock fell 5.4% in after-hours trading to $171.69 per share. Guggenheim Securities and Barclays are serving as underwriters for the offering.
